Quality

To ensure the excellence of our products and services, we have adopted systems and measures that can certify our quality. In fact, we operate in accordance with the highest international standards and applicable European Directives, including ISO 9001, API 6A, API 6D, API 6DSS, EAC, PED Directive, ATEX Directive, for which we are certified by accredited international bodies.

Also, according to the above standards, we have structured a quality department that continuously interfaces with Top Management, with the aim of ensuring the suitability and reliability of our products and production processes. In particular, the quality department:

Periodically reviews and updates the Company Quality Policy,
Defines suitable qualitative objectives and KPIs,
Carries out periodic reviews of the quality management system,
Ensures the availability of the necessary resources for the implementation of the processes, the compliance with specified requirements, the achievement of the goals and objectives set,
Carries out research aimed at continuous improvement,
Keeps the process of supply chain constantly under control.

The task of this department is also to ensure the satisfaction of our customers and end users and to set goals for continuous and functional improvement. Throughout the acquisition and after-sales process we have defined a series of performance, efficiency and effectiveness indicators, which define our highly-ranked customer satisfaction.

We are aware that to guarantee high standards is necessary to focus not only on our internal processes, but also on the choice of materials and suppliers that meet specific technical and qualitative characteristics. For this reason, we adopt a specific procedure for the evaluation and selection of qualified suppliers, who operate in compliance with the international safety and environmental requirements.

Sustainability and Environment

For us, environmental sustainability is an essential value and our commitment is to boost the research and development of solutions that can improve our environmental impact and our ability to manage resources in the best possible way. A fundamental tool during our journey was the adoption of an Environmental Management System, certified UNI EN ISO 14001: 2015, which provides the application of suitable procedures and behaviors, formalized in an environmental management manual, of which each operator is diligently responsible.

Specifically, we have:

Installed 3 solar panel system, reducing significantly our energy consumption.
Carried out meticulous selections regarding our suppliers and collaborators, to ensure that they comply with all current regulations on quality, health, safety and sustainability. For example, for the supply of wood and pallets we only accept FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) or PEFC (Programme for Endorsement of Forest Certification) certified suppliers.
Ensuring all employees do their part to help the environment by increasing the consciousness of these issues and their more correct outcome.
Implemented policies aimed at limiting the consumption of natural resources used during the production process.
Implemented actions aimed at reducing the production of emissions and waste.
Constantly updating our knowledge and objectives, following the strictest and most innovative national and international directives.

Health and Safety

Health and safety are two of the fundamental values on which our company policy is based. We believe that working in safe and healthy environments is an essential factor to offer high quality products. We pay close attention to the health of the workplace and to the protection of the environment; we try to implement behaviors aimed at preventing any type of injury, requiring full compliance with the accident prevention measures from our employees and all third parties who operate in our plants. We are constantly committed to ensure that all environments and workstations offer maximum safety conditions.

In reference of this, we operate in strict compliance with the national and international environmental and safety regulations; we operate in accordance with the Consolidated Law on Safety, Legislative Decree 9 April 2008 n. 81 (Safety Management System) and the international standard UNI EN ISO 45001: 2018.
