During almost 60 years we have developed a high-qualified engineering department, able to analyze a wide range of designs and technical solutions, in order to develop the most suitable product.

More than 20.000 m2 of machining centers studied to give the best solution in the shortest amount of time.
We are equipped with the latest state-of-art machines, able to work on every type of material and size. Our machine center is organized to work 24hrs without stop; it can elaborate 25 pieces simultaneously, reducing the total amount of time necessary for machining. Our welders are certified to work on all types of materials, from single components to the full valve.
We are equipped with welding machines and robots, which can be semi or fully automatic. Our welders can process components with sizes up to 40‘’, made from various materials. Here below a list of our welding equipment and tools.

Our production plant is equipped with around 12.000 m2 dedicated to the assembling process.
Thanks to our production management and our know-how we are able to assemble ball valves 28” and above in less than 8 hours. Our production plant is equipped with 23 overhead cranes and 15 gru with a maximum capacity of respectively 50.000 kg and 2.000 kg. Our workers are trained to be completely independent during all the process of assembling.
We can execute a wide range of tests and inspection, both on single parts or on the entire valve.
Our plant is equipped with several test benches and bunker, where it is possible to execute different kinds of tests, evaluating the temperature, resistance and safety of our valves. Here below the list of tests we perform in house, divided into two groups.
