Della Foglia is one of the first worldwide companies to reach API 6DSS qualification for subsea pipeline ball valves. Special design is developed for each application in order to guarantee the required performance level for the whole predicted life of the valve.

A dedicated team takes care of the design, manufacturing and testing of custom-made valves for underwater (shallow or deep). A high-level quality control inspection & test, as well as advanced design tools (finite element simulation, fatigue analysis, computational fluidodynamic etc.) contribute to increase the performance of the valves. An internal testing facility is available to perform hydrostatic and gas tests up to 1.500 bar pressure.
